Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance. Employee performance is one of the key indicators in assessing an organization’s effectiveness. Competence, discipline, and motivation are considered internal factors that can drive employees to achieve work targets optimally. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 104 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The regression results show that competence (β = 0.362, p < 0.05), work discipline (β = 0.556, p < 0.05), and motivation (β = 0.719, p < 0.05) have a significant effect on performance. The findings indicate that both partially and simultaneously, the variables competence (C), work discipline (WD), and motivation (M) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (EP). These results highlight the importance of managerial roles in managing human resources by enhancing competence quality, enforcing discipline, and strengthening work motivation to achieve optimal organizational performance.
