This study aims to analyze the effect of Fintech Adoption and Green Finance on students’ Behavior Finance. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to active student respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software.The results show that Fintech Adoption and Green Finance have a positive and significant effect on students’ Behavior Finance. The partial test (t-test) results show that Fintech Adoption has a t-value of 7.490 and Green Finance has a t-value of 4.717, with significance values of 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, the simultaneous test (F-test) shows an F-value of 196.156 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Fintech Adoption and Green Finance simultaneously have a significant effect on students’ Behavior Finance. Thus, the research model is declared feasible
