This research aims to analyze the quality of web-based student information management system at Bimbingan Belajar 70 Palembang using the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. The background of this research is the importance of digitalization in improving the efficiency of data management and administration in non-formal educational institutions. The ISO/IEC 25010 model is used as an analytical framework that measures eight software quality characteristics: Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, and Portability. This research employs a quantitative approach through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 63 employees and management who are active users of the student information management system. The sampling technique used is total sampling with a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).
The research results show that all ISO/IEC 25010 constructs meet the validity and reliability criteria. User satisfaction level is in the good category, with the Portability variable receiving the highest rating (75%), followed by Compatibility (72%), and Maintainability (71%). Meanwhile, Reliability (64%) and Performance Efficiency (65%) require further improvement, particularly in routine data backup and system speed optimization. The system features are aligned with operational. The conclusion of this research is that the student information management system at BTA 70 Palembang has met the ISO/IEC 25010 quality standards with good user satisfaction levels. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of information management systems that are more responsive to user needs and improve the quality of educational services sustainably.
