Perkembangan industri otomotif premium mendorong perubahan paradigma fasilitas otomotif dari sekadar tempat transaksi menjadi ruang yang mampu menghadirkan pengalaman menyeluruh bagi pengguna. Di sisi lain, Kota Jakarta sebagai pusat kegiatan ekonomi, bisnis, dan gaya hidup memiliki potensi yang besar terhadap pertumbuhan pasar otomotif premium. Namun, fasilitas yang tersedia saat ini masih didominasi oleh showroom konvensional yang belum mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan akan ruang yang bersifat interaktif, edukatif, serta representatif terhadap kemajuan teknologi otomotif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu fasilitas terpadu yang dapat menggabungkan fungsi komersial dengan pengalaman ruang yang inovatif melalui perencanaan dan perancangan Otto Mall sebagai Premium Automotive Experience Center di Kota Jakarta dengan tema Arsitektur Futuristik. Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) melalui penyediaan infrastruktur yang inovatif dan berorientasi pada perkembangan teknologi otomotif, serta SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) dengan menghadirkan fasilitas perkotaan yang representatif, adaptif, dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas ruang publik serta pengalaman masyarakat di kawasan perkotaan.

The development of the premium automotive industry has shifted the paradigm of automotive facilities from merely serving as transaction spaces to becoming environments that provide comprehensive user experiences. As the center of economic, business, and lifestyle activities in Indonesia, Jakarta has significant potential for the growth of the premium automotive market. However, the existing facilities are still dominated by conventional showrooms that are unable to accommodate the demand for interactive, educational, and technologically representative spaces. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an integrated facility that combines commercial functions with innovative spatial experiences through the planning and design of Otto Mall as a Premium Automotive Experience Center in Jakarta, employing a Futuristic Architecture approach. This project is expected to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by providing innovative infrastructure that supports the advancement of automotive technology, and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) by creating a representative and adaptive urban facility that enhances public space quality and enriches the community's spatial experience.
