LPSE (Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik) merupakan layanan yang
digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah secara
elektronik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, proses monitoring tender masih
menghadapi kendala karena belum tersedia ringkasan statistik dan grafik yang
menampilkan jumlah tender berdasarkan status aktif, proses, gagal, dan evaluasi
dalam satu tampilan. Selain itu, sistem belum dilengkapi dengan fitur pencetakan
maupun pengunduhan laporan dalam format PDF sehingga penyusunan laporan
masih memerlukan proses tambahan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini
bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Dashboard Monitoring Tender
Berbasis Web untuk mendukung proses monitoring tender pada LPSE.
Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi
analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan
pemeliharaan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, studi
pustaka. Perancangan sistem dibuat menggunakan Unified Modeling Language
(UML), sedangkan implementasi memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan
database MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing
untuk mengetahui apakah setiap fungsi pada sistem telah berjalan sesuai dengan
kebutuhan pengguna.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi dashboard monitoring tender
berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan ringkasan statistik, grafik perkembangan
status tender, serta fitur pembuatan dan pengunduhan laporan dalam format PDF.
Dashboard yang dikembangkan menyajikan informasi mengenai tender aktif,
proses, gagal, dan evaluasi dalam satu tampilan sehingga perkembangan tender
dapat dipantau dengan lebih mudah. Selain itu, laporan dapat dibuat dan diunduh
secara langsung dalam bentuk PDF sehingga proses penyajian informasi menjadi
lebih praktis sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

LPSE (Electronic Procurement Service) is a service used in the
implementation of electronic government procurement of goods and services.
Based on the results of observations, the tender monitoring process still faces
obstacles because there is no statistical summary and graph showing the number of
tenders based on active status, process, failure, and evaluation in one view. In
addition, the system is not equipped with a feature for printing or downloading
reports in PDF format so that the preparation of reports still requires additional
processes. Based on these conditions, this study aims to develop a Web-Based
Tender Monitoring Dashboard Information System to support the tender monitoring
process at LPSE.
System development uses the Waterfall method which includes needs
analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Research data
is obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system
design is made using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the
implementation uses the PHP programming language with the MySQL database.
The test is carried out using the Black Box Testing method to find out whether each
function in the system has run according to the needs of the user.
This research produces a web-based tender monitoring dashboard
information system that is equipped with statistical summaries, graphs of tender
status development, and features for creating and downloading reports in PDF
format. The developed dashboard presents information about active tenders,
processes, failures, and evaluations in one view so that the progress of tenders can
be monitored more easily. In addition, reports can be created and downloaded
directly in PDF form so that the process of presenting information becomes more
practical according to user needs.
