Abstract
Kata kunci: Work-Life Balance, Stres Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance, Work Stress, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at LLDIKTI Region II in Palembang City. This research is motivated by the importance of employee performance in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 76 respondents selected from employees of LLDIKTI Region II in Palembang City. The data used in this study were obtained through questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. Data testing included validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests consisting of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Furthermore, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test were conducted. The results showed that, partially, Work-Life Balance had no significant effect on Employee Performance, with a significance value of 0.432 > 0.05. Work Stress also had no significant effect on Employee Performance, with a significance value of 0.231 > 0.05. Meanwhile, Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 5.604. Simultaneously, Work-Life Balance, Work Stress, and Work Discipline had a significant effect on Employee Performance, with an F-count value of 26.248 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.522 indicates that the three independent variables were able to explain 52.2% of the variation in Employee Performance, while the remaining 47.8% was explained by other factors outside the scope of this study.
Keywords: Work-Life Balance, Work Stress, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.
