Employment information about training provided by the UPTD Bapelkes of
South Sumatra Province cannot currently be implemented systematically due to the
lack of a system that can record training activities obtained from existing data in
the form of a formula sheet to record employees who have participated in training
provided by the company. The use of the ongoing form makes training data less
well organized so that the data search process takes a long time. To ensure that
information on employees who have participated in training can be managed
properly, a website-based training information system was built.
