Abstract
A flyover is a flyover construction (high bridge) that is built to overcome various traffic congestion problems at busy intersections or intersections in a city or province. Flyover construction is built with U Box Girder construction or according to the needs of a province or seen from the level of congestion or problems that occur on the highway. A high bridge construction (Flyover) located at the Palembang City Police Crossing to overcome the problem of traffic congestion from Jendral Sudirman to Colonel Haji Burlian. This congestion can occur due to various factors, such as high vehicle volume, imbalance in traffic flow in and out of vehicles, accidents, road preservation or construction, technical problems or lack of road capacity. The traffic jams that occur produce quite a few negative impacts. analysis of the performance of road sections using PKJI 2014 in the case study of the intersection of four Palembang Regional Police, it was found that the level of service in 2024 was classified as category A and after 10 years the section of intersection 4 of the Regional Police was still in category A, so the effectiveness of the intersection of the regional police intersection was still categorized as adequate.
