Office of Public Works - Human Settlements and Spatial Planning of Palembang is having a difficulties to make project progress report. This is a structured calculations in percentage by the contractor and can be accountable. The information about the project progress is really important to make sure that the project work is done according to plan and can be used as an information to take long-term decision in Palembang. Office of Public Works – Human Settlements and Spatial Planning has a operational functions, that is the road and bridges maintenance, development and controlling project, administration utilization, and the service implementation of administration. But in delivering the project progress report, the officer must come to the office directly. So the idea come up to build a information system for progress report in website based to improve the work quality. The system development method in this research is using Waterfall Method to analyze what is needed in the system. The result of this research is an information system of project progress to make the works become easier because the information provided in the system is updated real-time.
