SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN JASA PEMASANGAN TIANG LISTRIK DAN LAMPU JALAN BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA PT BATUMOROR ABADI

Management information systems are an important tool to support operational efficiency and effectiveness in various sectors, including electricity pole and street light installation services. The aim of this research is to design a web-based management information system that can optimize the installation and maintenance of electricity poles and street lights at PT. Batumoror Abadi. The methodology used is a prototype method which includes needs analysis, system design, implementation and evaluation. The result of this research is a system that helps admins in managing project data, planning, tracking and real-time reporting. With this system, the installation service management process is expected to be more structured, transparent and meet customer needs. This system is also expected to improve company performance and productivity by minimizing errors and work process time.
