Abstract

The change in traffic flow on the Mayor Ruslan road section of East Ilir District II is an effort to reduce congestion that occurs due to passing vehicles and also side obstacles. This study was conducted to determine the performance and evaluate road performance on the Major Ruslan Road section before a one-way system was implemented. The analysis method used in this study is the Indonesian Road Capacity Guideline Method (PKJI) in 2014. After analyzing the results of this study, it was found that the highest traffic volume before the one-way system was implemented occurred on Mondays at 13.00-14.00 WIB of 832 skr / hour and holidays had a value of 632 skr / hour. Meanwhile, after the implementation of a one-way system, the highest traffic volume occurred on Monday at 12.00-13.00 WIB obtained 540.3 skr / hour. While holidays have a value of 639.8 skr/ hour. Based on the analysis of the study, after the implementation of a one-way system, the road service level has category C, namely stable flow, speed is affected by traffic, volume is appropriate for city roads
