Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of rice husk ash as a cement substitution and the addition of sikacim concrete additive to the compressive strength of concrete. This research was conducted at the Concrete Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Study Program, Indo Global Mandiri University. The research method used is the literature study method and the experimental method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Samples are made according to the type of test object that has been prepared. The number of types of test objects prepared were 5 types with each type of test object consisting of 9 samples, so that 45 samples were obtained. Data processing using Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office Word programs to analyze the compressive strength of concrete. The results of the compressive strength test of normal concrete aged 7 days 12.19 Mpa, age 14 days 14.15 Mpa and age 28 days 16.55 Mpa. The results of the normal concrete compressive strength test and the addition of sikacim aged 7 days were 12.85 MPa, aged 14 days was 14.59 MPa and aged 28 days was 16.77 MPa. The results of the compressive strength test of 4% ASP concrete with the addition of sikacim aged 7 days 13.06 Mpa, age 14 days 14.81 Mpa and age 28 days 18.29 Mpa. The results of the compressive strength test of 8% ASP concrete with the addition of sikacim aged 7 days 9.58 Mpa, age 14 days 13.28 Mpa and age 28 days 15.24 Mpa. The results of the compressive strength test of 12% ASP concrete with the addition of sikacim aged 7 days 6.97 Mpa, age 14 days 11.98 Mpa and age 28 days 12.19 Mpa
