Abstract

A bridge is part of a road section, so the existence of a bridge cannot stand alone but is part of a road network system and is used to connect two sections of the road, and is used as land traffic infrastructure. The purpose of this feasibility study research is to find out the results of the calculation of economic feasibility analysis and to find out alternative solutions for the Sekayu District bridge construction project to Sindang Marga Village. The analysis method used by this study is a numerical analysis method and the help of Microsoft Excel software, by analyzing average traffic growth, analyzing vehicle operating costs (BOK), and analyzing economic feasibility (NPV, BCR, EIRR). The results of the economic feasibility analysis carried out, with an interest rate (10%, 12.5%, and 15%) obtained an NPV value of (i (10%) = 399,396,306,503, i (12.5%) = 249,516,786,819, i (15%) = 152,421,297,187), BCR value (i (10%) = 3.22%, i (12.5%) = 2.53%, i (15%) = 2.03%), and EIRR (i = 10% =12.5% = 15%) of 24.70. Therefore, the results of the economic feasibility analysis meet the criteria and are good to be carried out financially, because positive NPV results are obtained, BCR values > 1, and IRR > rate return (i).
