Abstract
This study aims to find out how to develop a Management Information System for the Internship in the Website-Based Information Systems Department. The type of research used in this research is Research and Development research
with data collection methods using observation, interviews and literature study. System design uses the Unified Modeling Language approach which consists of
use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. Making a website using sublime text 3, PHP programming language and MySql database version 3.2. This internship implementation management information system has been tested using BlackBox testing and validation. The test result concluded that all form and button displays were functioning properly. Meanwhile, the results of validation of constructs and issues concluded that the
SIM Internship was Practical, Effective, and Efficient. The results of this design produce an Internship Registration Information System for the Department of Information Systems Website for students, supervisors, and internship managers
which are expected to make it easier to provide or obtain information about internships.
