Speaking is one of the essential English language skills that enables students to communicate effectively. However, many Indonesian EFL students still experience difficulties in developing their speaking ability. With the growing popularity of social media, TikTok provides authentic English-language content that may support students' speaking development through continuous exposure. This study aimed to investigate the correlation between students' TikTok usage and their English speaking achievement at SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. A quantitative correlational research design was employed involving 34 students of Class XI.9 selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a TikTok usage questionnaire and a speaking test assessed by two raters. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation with SPSS version 26. The findings showed a Pearson correlation coefficient of r = 0.355 with a significance value of 0.039 (p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant positive correlation between students' TikTok usage and their English speaking achievement. Based on Sugiyono's interpretation, the correlation falls into the low positive correlation category. This suggests that although higher TikTok usage tends to be associated with better speaking achievement, the relationship is relatively weak, indicating that TikTok usage is only one of several factors influencing students' English speaking achievement.
