Abstract

ABSTRACT

Human resources are the people who are employed in an organization as movers, thinkers and planners to achieve the organization's goals. Civil Servant (PNS) is a term that is used for human resources in government institutions. The quality of government services and the execution of government policies are highly dependent on the performance of Civil Servants. Performance is the result of a process that is referred to and measured over a certain period of time based on previously predetermined agreement. There are many factors that can affect the performance of an employee. In this research, we will analyze the influence of Additional Employee Income (TPP), motivation and work environment on the performance of Civil Servants at the South Sumatra Provincial Health Service.
The research was carried out quantitatively using the sample determination method accidental sampling and distributing closed questionnaires to 99 people. The questionnaire consists of 9 questions regarding TPP, 5 motivation questions, 7 questions about the work environment, and 5 questions related to performance.
Based on the research results, it can be proven that there is a positive and significant influence between Additional Employee Income (TPP) and Work Environment (LK) on the Performance (K) of South Sumatra Provincial Health Service Employees. Meanwhile, the Motivation factor (MV) has no effect on the Performance (K) of South Sumatra Provincial Health Service employees. However, if viewed simultaneously, Additional Employee Income (TPP), Motivation (MV) and Work Environment (LK) have a significant and positive influence on the Performance of Employees (K) of the South Sumatra Provincial Health Service.

Keywords: Additional Employee Income (TPP), Motivation, Work Environment.
