Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Dosen dan Karyawan Politeknik Prasetiya Mandiri PSDKU Palembang

Beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik memilik pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja dosen dan karyawan Politeknik Prasetiya Mandiri PSDKU Palembang.
Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh berjumlah 52 responden. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22, yang terdiri dari uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara parsial beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dan karyawan Politeknik Prasetiya Mandiri PSDKU Palembang.

Workload and physical work environment have influences on performance. The research was conducted to determine and analyse the influence of workload and physical work environment on the lecturers and employees performance of Prasetiya Mandiri Polytechnic PSDKU Palembang.
The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sampling with 52 respondents. The data in this research was obtained through questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature study. The data obtained in this research was analysed using SPSS version 22 software, which consists of data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The results of this research showed that the workload partially had a negative and significant effect while the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, it was found that the workload and the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on lecturers and employees the performance of the Prasetiya Mandiri Polytechnic PSDKU Palembang.
