Pengaruh Insentif dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV. Keanu Motor Palembang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh insentif dan kerjasama tim terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Keanu Motor Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Insentif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi (0,080) > 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung < t-tabel (1,800 < 2,026). (2) Kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (6,908 > 2,026). (3) Insentif dan Kerjasama tim secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05 dan nilai F-hitung > F-tabel (44,044 > 3,252). Koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,839 yang artinya variabel Insentif dan Kerjasama Tim mampu meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 70,4%. Sisanya 29,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen lainnya yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model regresi ini.

This research aims to determine partially and simultaneously the influence of incentives and teamwork on the work productivity of CV. Keanu Motor Palembang. The population in this study was 40 people. In this research, the total sampling method was used. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing in this research uses multiple linear regression tests, t test, F test and coefficients of determination. The results of this research show that (1) Incentives do not have a significant effect on employe work productivity with a significance value (0,080) > 0,05 and a t-count value < t-tabel (1,800 < 2,026). (2) Teamwork has a significant effect on employee work productivity with a significance value (0,000) < 0,05 and t- count value (6,908 > 2,026). (3) Incentives and Teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on employe work productivity with a significance value (0,000) < 0,05 and an F-count value > F-table (44,044 > 3,252). The coefficient of determination (R square) is 0,839, which means that the Incentive and Teamwork variables are able to increase employee work productivity by 70,4%. The remaining 29,6% is influenced by other independent variables not included in this regression model.
