Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the public service innovation SI PADUKA (System for Delivering General Documents to Residents' Homes) in Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang. This innovation is expected to reduce queues at the district office and facilitate the public in obtaining important documents.
This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research informants consist of the district head, the district secretary, general service staff, and residents who have used the SI PADUKA service. The collected data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study uses innovation theory from innovation expert Everett M. Rogers, which consists of five main indicators: 1) Relative Advantage, 2) Compatibility, 3) Complexity, 4) Trialability, and 5) Observability.
