Abstract

ABSTRACT
In today's digital era, traditional methods for language learning, especially
in reading comprehension, are increasingly being enhanced or even replaced
by innovative digital applications. This research examines how effective
Beelinguapp—a bilingual app featuring text and audio narration—is in
enhancing the reading comprehension abilities of learners studying English
as a Foreign Language (EFL). Utilizing a pre-experimental design, this
study involved 26 students chosen through convenience sampling. The
research instruments included pre-tests and post-tests to assess the app's
impact on reading comprehension. The results revealed a notable increase
in the students' scores, with the average rising from 18.73 in the pre-test to
34.12 in the post-test. This marked improvement highlights Beelinguapp's
positive impact on EFL learners' reading comprehension. The study
suggests that digital tools like Beelinguapp can play a pivotal role in
language education by providing more engaging, interactive, and effective
learning experiences. These findings emphasize the potential of digital
resources to transform conventional educational practices, making language
learning more accessible and enjoyable for students.
