Sistem Informasi Employee Assistant Program Berbasis Website Pada PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang

Human resource performance plays a crucial role in the development of a company. Employee productivity is influenced by both internal and external factors in their lives. Personal conflicts that often occur in the home environment and pressures from the company, such as family issues, parental demands, economic needs, and high work targets, can contribute to psychological problems for employees. A company can achieve its goals if the needs of its employees are met, both physically and materially. Therefore, a corporate approach through stress management is necessary to restore employees psychological well-being. With technological advancements, PT Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang also requires an information system that can help improve employee quality. This study was conducted to develop a web-based Employee Assistance Program (EAP) information system as a psychological counseling service for employees. The system aims to reduce stress levels through an accurate and efficient analysis of employees' psychological conditions. The information system is developed using the Waterfall method, with Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and SQL database. The system is tested using black-box testing, and the website is evaluated using WebQual.
