ANALISIS SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PENGIRIMAN BARANG PADA PT FAJAR GELORA SEMESTA

In the implementation of information technology now, we have many
advanced technologies to make human’s life easier. Similar to a
management information system in expedition field, many advantages the
officer can get with it, such as the information about goods delivery
process, but the implementation of a management information system
needs to be measured to investigate the satisfaction level of theuser (the
staff and employee of PT Fajar Gelora Semesta in this case) on that system
usage, whether it is easy to use, understandable interaction, or it has bugs,
etc. This needs a testing method to measure the satisfaction level of the
user on the system they use. The method is Usability Testing Method. It is
a measurement method on satisfaction level of the user, and using
quantitative research in collecting data fromrespondent. The result of this
research is to see the satisfaction level of the user onfreight forwarding
management information system.
